About Odisha Startup Grant

The Odisha Startup Grant is a flagship capital assistance scheme administered under the Odisha Startup Policy by Startup Odisha (MSME Department, Government of Odisha) to foster breakthrough technological innovations.

The scheme offers comprehensive financial assistance comprising up to ₹16 Lakhs for Product Development & Marketing / Need-based Assistance, and supplementary exhibition subsidies up to ₹5 Lakhs for entering national and international markets.

Startups securing early-stage funding from recognized angel networks and venture funds are also eligible for matching grant support to significantly multiply their capitalization runway.

Administered through the iconic O-Hub in Bhubaneswar, the initiative provides end-to-end support including world-class incubation facilities, access to prototyping centers, legal advisory, and preferential state government procurement.

Eligibility Rule 1

DPIIT-recognized Startups registered with Startup Odisha under the Odisha Startup Policy.

Eligibility Rule 2

Entity must be registered as a Pvt Ltd, LLP, or Registered Partnership with headquarters/operations in Odisha.

The startup must be working on an innovative product, software application, or industrial technology.
