About SAMRIDH Accelerator Program

The SAMRIDH (Startup Accelerators of MeitY for Product Innovation, Development and Growth) scheme is the flagship scale-up funding program launched by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, executed via MeitY Startup Hub (MSH).

Formulated to bridge the critical gap between product validation and market scaling, SAMRIDH provides up to ₹40 Lakhs in non-dilutive / matching capital grant-in-aid to early-stage software product startups that have demonstrated product-market fit.

The scheme operates through a network of accredited leading startup accelerators across India, matching external venture capital and accelerator investments on a 1:1 basis up to ₹40 Lakhs.

In addition to capital infusion, startups participate in a rigorous 6-month cohort acceleration program providing customer acquisition masterclasses, international market immersion, enterprise pilot connections, and investor demo days.

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

Eligibility Rule 1

DPIIT-recognized Startups incorporated as a Private Limited Company in India under 10 years of existence.

Eligibility Rule 2

Must be a software product startup with a live, functional product and demonstrable early customer traction.

Eligibility Rule 3

Must be selected and onboarded by an officially empanelled SAMRIDH Partner Accelerator.

Eligibility Rule 4

The accelerator or partner investor must be willing to commit matching investment capital (up to ₹40 Lakhs).

Eligibility Rule 5

Founders must be working full-time on the business with clear scaling milestones.

Eligibility Rule 6

Startups in HealthTech, EdTech, AgriTech, FinTech, CleanTech, and B2B Enterprise SaaS are preferred.
